My client is an award winning housebuilder with a focus on both high quality and affordability. They currently have a requirement for a permanent experienced Assistant Land and Partnerships Manager to join their existing team. You will be working on a variety of residential projects which will be located regionally. As an Assistant Land and Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the regions Land team and need little in the way of support or guidance. You will be responsible for:
Assist and support to identify, assess and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, in accordance with the companies Quality Management System. Provide support with regards to managing, writing and co-ordinating bid responses. Assist in legal agreement negotiations on projects with clients and solicitors. Assist with the delivery of Community Engagement & Investment projects throughout the Region. Assist in developing relationships with partner organisations to create new development opportunities. Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by the Head of the Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing established land team near Rotherham. To apply to this role the ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role; preferably within a House Building environment and show a stable and progressive work history within the construction sector in addition to a degree or qualification in Land Acquisition or Procurement; in addition to a basic network of contacts.
The salary on offer is competitive in line with the current market rate.
