Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager
My client are a well-known and reputable regional contractor, who have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager for a residential scheme. The company's projects span across a variety of sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial and will range in value from £3m to £30m. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the finishing's on a large 60 bed care facility in Cumbria from the plaster stages through to completion. Duties to include:
" Supervision of all sub-contract labour " Co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on-site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme " Checking build quality " Producing snagging lists " Supervision of Health & Safety on site " Assist in updating site records/reports
To apply for this role you will ideally come from a joinery background and have previous experience managing schemes from superstructure stages through to completion. You will ideally come from a trade background and will be required to hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid certificates.
