A leading property services company seek to appoint a Bid Manager due to rapid growth and continuous success. Paying a very competitive salary + attractive benefits package. The position is based in Hitchin, but for the right candidate, the company will allow working from a local office, but travel to Hitchin will be required a few days a week.
Reporting to Head of Bids
Working with wider procurement team to manage PQQ and ITT process producing qualitative submissions.
Develop strategies and unique selling points in order to win bids
Nationwide travel will be necessary to meet with business needs

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
High levels of attention to detail
Ability to fully engage with all levels of employees
Being professionally qualified, or a relevant degree would be advantageous
Understanding of the social housing sector including responsive repairs, voids, planned and energy services (Desirable)
Ability and confidence to make high quality presentations to customers (Desirable)
InDesign experience (Desirable)
Proof reading/copy editing experience (Desirable)
