Buying Administrator Hampshire Start March 2020 Temporary to Permanent £10.00ph (PAYE)
The Client My Client is one of the UK's leading construction, development and property services Companies. With their commitment to the long-term future of the built environment, they have secured their position as a trusted partner within their sector. Due to an increased number of newly acquired contracts, they are looking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their busy Buying team in Hampshire.
The Role Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will work within the Buying team and will be responsible for ensuring materials are effectively sourced within budget and distributed accordingly. In addition, you will work within Purchase Ledger to ensure Orders are raised correctly.
Sourcing materials from confirmed suppliers within budget and agreed SLA's
Raising orders and ensuring they are completed to agreed format and timescale
Ensure that preferred suppliers are utilised for all available spend
Ensure that preferred supplier agreements are utilised for all available spend
Take ownership of the tasks completed to contribute to increased efficiencies
Resolve any queries in relation to orders raised appropriately and efficiently
Ensure disputes or complaints raised withing Buying Desk are avoided or minimised
General administration duties that support the operation of the Buying Desk
Experience of working within a team environment
Experience of working in a customer focused role
Minimum of 3 years office Administration experience
Excellent telephone manner
IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Temporary to Permanent position
