We are looking to recruit 2 temporary to permanent Call Handlers for a Social Housing contract based in Enfield. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for 2 Call Handlers for their busy offices in Enfield.
Our Client is essentially a Contractor who runs several different Social Housing projects from their offices. Working within the Clients offices in Enfield, you will be working on their responsive repairs project.
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling telephone calls from tenants, dealing with all queries. You will ensure these are input accurately on to their internal database and will then forward the query on to the correct department.
Candidates must have: Previous Customer Care and Call Handler experience The ability to prioritise your own workload Excellent telephone manner The ability to keep calm and deal with sometimes sensitive situations Good data input and administration skills
In return, the Client is offering an hourly rate of £11.00ph whilst you are on a temporary contract which will then revert to an hourly rate of £9.50 plus holiday pay when you transfer to a permanent contract with the Client. You will also have the opportunity of working for one of the leading Social Housing contractors. The hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
