Our Client are an award-winning Contractor with over 40 years' experience within the social housing sector. They deliver design and build projects, property maintenance and a range of refurbishment services. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit an experienced Client Liaison Officer for their project based in Hereford.
The Role You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for a medium rise refurbishment project in Hereford.
Responsibilities: Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings and open days to advise tenants of works being completed Conducting surveys Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc
Qualifications & Experience Must have previous experience of working as a TLO/CLO/RLO. CSCS card (Preferable not essential) You will also need an Asbestos Awareness certificate; however, this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to starting on site
