Senior Commercial Administrator
My client are a busy housebuilder operating in the North West. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Administrator to join their Commercial team based in Warrington.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will have an independent management of your own workload, assist the Quantity Surveying team. Your duties will include but not limited to:
" Management of variation instructions ensuring process is adhered to and relevant approvals are in place; " Support QS team in issuing subcontractor tender enquiries and orders in accordance with LDP dates; " Support QS' in updating DPR's for monthly board pack; " Create and maintain RAMS and order tracker; " Support with input of build cost data to create library of costs; " Collate RAMS/insurances/H&S approvals/Tender Analysis Approvals and support QS team in preparing for subcontractor pre-start meetings; " Control and administration of Regional mailbox and subcontractor payment applications; " Maintenance of Approved Contractor database; " Issue site specifications/relevant contract documents to each site; " Creating and maintaining master documents folder and file structure and document register; " Produce and circulate monthly direct employed and agency labour reports; " Maintenance of departmental filing system / archiving; " Preparation of subcontractor payments and logging, prior to submission to accounts;
The successful applicant must have strong organisation and administration skills, be able to think quick. Be able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks accordingly. Be responsive and professional and be able assist the wide functions when required.
My client are willing to pay a competitive salary of up to £24k depending on experience and company benefits.
