Commercial Gas Supervisor Permanent position Based Nottingham - managing Nationwide Projects £35k / £17.50ph PLUS Company Van, Fuel Card, OTE, Healthcare & Pension
My Client delivers integrated building solutions, from design and build through to refurbishment and repair. Due to newly acquired contracts, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Gas Supervisor managing Nationwide projects.
The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be managing the day to day supervision of operatives and Supply Chain including sourcing and organising with the coordinators, delivery of materials and plant.
Managing and monitoring a team of Gas Operatives & Sub Contractors
Checking the quality of all works
Completing site surveys and producing quotations where necessary
Completing monthly van stock checks and monitoring condition of all Plant and vehicles
Monitor & implement Health and Safety and ensure compliance at all times
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Liaise with the Client and feed back progress to them and the Management team
Monitor and manage performance of staff and sub-contractors
MUST have previous experience of managing multiple Commercial Gas Projects
C & G Level 3 or equivalent Plumbing & Heating
CSCS Gold, SSSTS & First Aid
Commercial Gas Qualifications
Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (although this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to commencing with the Client)
Clean driving licence
High Level and understanding of Health & Safety requirements and procedures
Minimum of 7 years experience within the Construction industry
£35k/£17.50ph PLUS Company Van & Fuel Card, OTE, Pension & Healthcare
