A main contractor working with a range of projects in the Design and Build sector seek to appoint a Commercial Sales Administrator to work in their vibrant and exciting office. Understanding of the main contractor sector of construction Experience and knowledge of sales activity in the office Confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels (particularly purchaser, solicitors, Heads of Department, Regional Director and CEO) Team player (to become an integral part of the region & sales team) Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong IT Skills
The company pay up to £20k and 20 days holiday (+ statutory holidays)
Qualifications & Experience
Previous administration experience with a main contractor would be an advantage
