My client are a newly established contractor based in the North West. The company is going from strength to strength and have a requirement for Site based Construction Administrator for their project based in Salford.
The company deliver a mix of commercial, residential and leisure facilities, with 4 major projects in progress and an impressive order book for future projects.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Construction team and Site Management and to assist where necessary in all administrative tasks and to understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy.
Duties and Responbiltiies:
" Collate information from Sites weekly and update Build report " Attending meeting with the Project/Site Manager and take minutes and issue to relavant staff members " Produce monthly reports " Assist with Construction Phase Plan " Order and supply all necessary equipment for site set-up, including PPE, H&S files & notices, stationery " Check times sheets and issue to accounts weekly " Manage site staff holidays on behalf of the Project Manager " Manage the drawing register, update drawing and issue to relevant subcontractors " Order & issue stationary (Site/Office) " Post (receive and send Internal/external) " Carry out any General Administration tasks for other departments
The company are offering to pay a salary of £18k-£23k plus pension and healthcare, working hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (1/2 hour for lunch) and Friday 8am - 3.30pm
Key Attributes and Experience
You will ideally have experience working in a Construction environment either based in an office or site environment. Key skills include:
