Based from site in Rugby, my client is looking for a Key Account Manager/Contracts Manager to support an existing site team, to develop the key client relationship within the fit out/construction sector.
Overall responsibility for the management of Client delivery programmes from inception through to completion, ensuring the Client's needs and expectations are met and exceeded. £65,000+ basic salary plus pension, mileage, Family BUPA, and 25 days' holiday. The Client
A company who are the largest commercial, office refurbishment and fit out organisations with a proven track record of delivering building and office fit out services for clients across retail, financial, leisure, commercial and public authority sectors. Projects include the roll out of national programmes, to local refurbishment projects.
The Role A vacancy has arisen for a Key Account Manager/Contract Manager to support the development of the Company's key Client within the fit out Sector on their national projects. The ideal candidate will already be in a Key Account Manager position or a Senior Operational role with a proven background in managing successful client accounts in project delivery in the fit out/construction sector.
Based from a site in Rugby, your role is to support the Operations Manager. As the Key Account Manager/Contract Manager you will take overall responsibility for the management of the Client Delivery Programmes - from inspection to completion your duty is to ensure that the Client's needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
The key areas of responsibility will be:- " Client Relationships - maintaining regular and positive relationships with the key individuals within the nominated Clients, providing Client reports on the company performance. " Operational Expertise - demonstrating significant operational expertise to direct each project to completion meeting Client's expectations, organising and implementing the day-to-day operations of Client programmes, delivering project programme and phasing presentations. " Leadership - Supporting an existing team of a Project Manager and 2 x Site Managers, leading the team to deliver quality of the highest standard within the set time scales. " Compliance - adhering the company processes on all fronts - operational, safety-related, HR policies etc. A full job description can be provided as requested. Requirements The successful candidate will be a dedicated and results driven Manager with a successful background in achieving profitable and quality-led contracts. Strong leadership and team management skills coupled with decisive problem solving ability are imperative for the role. Other requirements:- " Valid UK Driving Licence; " Previous Line Management Experience; " Management level CSCS Card; " SMSTS; " Fully IT Literate in Word & Excel (to an advanced level). Salary The Client is looking to pay from £65K-£70K plus 7.5% pension, holidays, extra half day given on birthday. Early finish Fridays and free company gym at their Head Office. How to apply?
