The Client Our Client are a small sub-contractor based in Colchester. They cover projects around Essex and into London. They are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team. This position is quite flexible, and the client is open for the position to be either full time or part time. Salary would be negotiable.
Responsibilities: - Document control - General administrative duties - Copy, scan, archive/file documents appropriately - Ensuring consistency and presentation of any documents - QA checking - Distribution of documentation to consultants, subcontractors and project teams - Reporting - Compiling data - Assisting with tender package documentation - Diary management for the team
Qualifications & Experience - Experience in the Construction industry would be advantageous - Previous Document Controller / Technical Administrator / Administrator experience is ideal - Must have experience in Excel
