Midlands based Contractor requires an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Operational to oversee projects from initial start-up through to completion. Overseeing work on a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across most construction markets including commercial, residential, leisure, education, and healthcare schemes.

With a strong presence in the construction industry, they offer a complete construction service that incorporates projects that average £20m across Design and Build in leisure, educational, commercial and healthcare sectors.
Role and Responsibilities
The Contracts Manager will be required to travel Nationwide, depending on where the projects are. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, your duties will include (but not be limited to):-
To oversee the projects from initial start-up through to completion;
To ensure that work is completed on time and within budget parameters;
Responsibility for either multiple or single schemes at one time;
Being the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, Site Managers and sub-contractors for the period of time that each project is live;
Constantly checking and reviewing health and safety practices on each site;
Managing client expectations for each active scheme.

Previous, solid experience with a large Main Contractor at a Contracts Manager level is required for this role.
