Salary: £50000 - £55000 per annum + negotiable, depending on experience

A well-established, and rapidly expanding based Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be managing and have overall responsibility for multiple Social Housing refurbishment schemes across the North West, ensuring each contract is delivered within time and budget.
Additional duties include:
- Managing weekly/monthly programmes - Managing Health & safety - Programming and planning all works - Managing site teams consisting of Site Managers/Foreman/Tradesmen - Being the company representative at Client meetings - Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour - Ensuring KPI's are being achieved - General delivery of the contract
You must have:
- A strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector - CSCS Black, SMSTS, First Aid
