A General Contracting client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager based out of their Wakefield Office. The company specialise in projects from £500K-£10M, covering Design & Build, New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment within the following sectors; Healthcare, Residential, Education, Leisure, Retail, Industrial, and Listed Buildings.
Overseeing projects from initial start-up through to completion
Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget parameters
Working on a wide variety of projects, from all sectors within our industry
You may be required to be responsible for either multiple or single schemes
At all times you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract is live
Health and safety will also be a top priority in this role, as will managing client expectations.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director.
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of up to £60k dependent on experience and a generous benefits package, including company car/car allowance, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have previous Contracts Management experience
Proven track record working on projects
