The Role - Course Administrator
We are looking to appoint a Course Administrator to join our expanding team to provide day to day administrative support to the course coordination team and assist them in providing a seamless customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Centre Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
Provide day to day administrative support
Notify accrediting bodies of upcoming courses
Add customers, courses and contacts to the company's CRM system
Order and distribute digital books for remote courses once delegates are signed in
Preparation for all course material for your allocated venue such as register, print exam papers, ensure trainer has all the correct materials, print flyers for delegates, feedback forms etc
Chase tutors for any outstanding course returns as per 3B's process
Answer inbound calls and take detailed messages for colleagues when required
The Person - Course Administrator
The ideal Course Administrator will hold the following essentials:
Be proactive in nature
Be comfortable working in a small team
Excellent organisation skills and able to manage their own time effectively
Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
The following are desirable, but not essential:
Experience working for a similar training provider
Have a full clean driving license with access to own transport
The Pay - Course Administrator
In reward for your skills and experience you will be offered a competitive salary depending on experience plus 28 days holiday (including public holidays). The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm with ½ hour for lunch.
