A top ten house builder seeks to appoint a Customer Care Administrator to provide support within their Customer Care Department.
The company build quality homes and offer a wide range of property types includes three, four and five bed detached properties; two and three bed terraced and semidetached houses, bungalows and apartments across UK.
Responsibilities: " To be responsible for handling customer queries related to specific allocated sites. " To deliver service with care and empathy to our homeowners, educating them when required on how to run in a new home. " To ensure that the client is contacted within the required company policy timescale and given a clear update on what the next steps are to resolving their problem. " To communicate clearly with the designated Site Manager to carry out an assessment of the raised complaint to see whether or not it is a defect or home owner maintenance. " To co-ordinate diary management with the Site Manager or Remedial team to carry out the agreed works on a set date and ensure the homeowner is also available on such a day. " To be responsible for closing a case down following the correct procedure. " To escalate any cases that cannot be resolved to the Customer Care Manager. " To prioritise on live sites and closing cases down. " To report any repeat defects/problems on a site to the Customer Care Manager. " To be responsible for the organising of information and letters received from complainants for your allocated site.
The company pay a competitive salary of up to £20k (depending on experience), pension and bonus.
Qualifications & Experience " Educated to GCSE level with at least 5 A-C grades " Working in a similar role with housebuilder will be preferable. " Experience dealing with customers and the ability to work under pressure. " IT literate and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Full training on in-house database will be provided.
