My client is a Developer specialising in New Build Housing. Due to an increase in the company size, they are looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to be based in Leeds. They are working on a New Build housing projects in the West Yorkshire and are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator with the experience and confidence to be able to give aftersales care to the new home buyer.
The Role - Customer Care Coordinator
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
" To co-ordinate all information between internal departments, the contractor and the homeowner " To collate information from the contractor and the new build home buyer. " To keep the customer, contractor, and internal teams happy " To liaise with all relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met " To ensure we have cost effective schemes & solutions. " To work with the Commercial Department to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner and within cost plan allowance.

" To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working in a Customer Care Coordinator role, preferably within the housing industry.
