Customer Care Coordinator £19k - £22k Salford Quays Hours 8 - 4 or 8.30 - 4.30 (3.30 finish on a Friday)
A national contractor seeks to appoint a Customer Care Coordinator to be based in their Salford office.
The company are Regeneration specialist providing regeneration solutions for communities UK wide. Their projects range from social housing refurbishments, new build Affordable Housing, Extra Care Facilities, Public Sector refurbishment and new build schemes.
As a Customer Care Coordinator you will take responsibility for answering calls and emails from tenants and logging onto the system and arranging the relevant trade to attend their customers. You will provide an exceptional services to their customers, providing them with prompt, professional and accurate information, conducting outbound calls to update on the progress of service request and ensure that information is updated on the appropriate systems accurately and in a timely manner. " Being the first point of contact for customers, clients and operatives. " Receiving calls from customers with repairs & maintenance requests and logging them onto an in-house computer system and also the Housing Association system. " Diagnosing the priority of each repair logged and offering the customer a suitable appointment " Managing the Operatives diaries and re-arrange appointments if necessary. " Raising new 'jobs' following Supervisors site visits
