My client is a Regional Housebuilding contractor, who works in the residential sector building 2 - 6 bed homes. As a result of expansion and new developments, they are currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to work with them on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the regional office in Leeds alongside the customer care team. This role be office based; so the ability to travel to West Yorkshire is essential
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will have previous experience in a customer facing role; within the housebuilding sector.
To co-ordinate all information between internal departments, the contractor and the homeowner To collate information from the contractor and the new build home buyer. To keep the customer, contractor, and internal teams happy To liaise with all relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met To ensure we have cost effective schemes & solutions. To work with the Commercial Department to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner and within cost plan allowance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator, who has a proven track record within a customer facing role; considered sectors are retail or contact centres. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and want to progress within the Customer Care sector of Housebuilding.
The salary on offer is dependant upon experience.
