Customer Care Liaison Manager
A leading top ten house builder seeks to appoint an experienced Customer Care Liaison Manager to join their Lancaster region.
The company are one of the national house builders who offer a wide range of property types includes three, four and five bed detached properties; two and three bed terraced and semidetached houses, bungalows and apartments across UK.
To be responsible for the handover of homes to customers, working with all departments to ensure homes are defect free before and after our customer moves into their new home and enhance the customer's experience of their home buying process.
" To carry out quality control inspections of multiple new homes across dedicated sites within the region in accordance with the main purpose of the role " To carry out Customer Care Introduction calls. " Visit and liaise with customers and site teams to ensure completion of agreed defects and identifying recurring defects and material issues and feedback to line manager to include proposed solutions. " To record the results of these inspections and report back to stakeholders on outcomes " Attending & chairing (as required) weekly sales and construction meetings. " Regular site visits to carry out spot checks of the properties in build to inspect the quality of construction, to review build progress and to maintain good working relationships. " Attending NHBC Claim Investigations meetings as and when required " Liaise with team members to instruct works to subcontractors, customer care technicians and any other relevant parties and analysing subcontractor performance and taking the required action to ensure improvement is made. " Develop constructive relationships with site teams, sales teams, contractors and internal departments and ensure all communication is updated onto COINS. " Manage own diary to ensure all properties are inspected in line with predicted completion dates.
Sales Advisor - Skills & Experience
" Previous experience working in an industry where attention to detail is paramount " Client Facing Exposure " The ability to deal with difficult situations " Communicate in a clear and confident manner " Competent in the use of technical and software packages such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook " The ability to keep up to date with changes in specification " Must be customer focused " Resilient to challenge (internal & External) " Change agile " A confident decision maker " Must be able to work as part of a team and be self-motivated when working independently " A 1st class awareness of "what good looks like" in terms of fit and finish of a new home
" A construction or a house building background " NVQ levels 3 & 4 in Customer Services " Understanding of building regulations " Understanding of NHBC standards and customer handover requirements " Onsite inspection experience " Relevant industry standard training [first aid, scaffold appreciation, lifting operations]
My client are offering a packaged of up to £45k plus car or car allowance (depending on experience).
