My client is a 5* top ten Housebuilding contractor, who works in the residential sector building 2 - 6 bed homes. As a result of expansion and new developments, they are currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. You will be working in the regional office in Newcastle managing the Customer Care team. This role will be office based; with ad hoc visits. As a Customer Care Manager, you will have previous experience in a Customer Care Manager role or with at least 5 years experience showing a proven track record of stability and progression as a Customer Care Coordinator within the housebuilding sector.
Supporting the Group Head of Customer Care to manage and resolve escalated customer care issues and complaints. Liaising with design, technical and construction departments to seek resolution to customer issues. Effectively communicating with customers to keep them up to date and manage their expectations. Liaising with Divisions and conducting visits to the companies 22 Divisions as and when required. Experience of working as a Customer Service / Customer Care Manager with a developer, house builder or contractor. Extensive experience and understanding of construction / house builder policies, rules and regulations as well as NHBC warranties and standards. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Thinks clearly with the ability to carry out tasks accurately with minimal supervision. Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple projects simultaneously. Full clean driving licence. Willingness to travel to the companies 22 Divisions as and when required which will include overnight stays.
The salary on offer is up to £45k plus package.
