A luxury housing developer seeks to appoint an experienced Customer Care Manager to work in their Customer Care department based in Manchester.
This will initially be a temporary contract for 1 month.
Working closely with the Customer Care team you will be responsible for managing the defect period on new build properties. The main objective is to close defect cases down as quickly and as efficiently as possible and to ensure that all customers that contact the Customer Care Department are greeted with 'care'.
Duties to include:
Dealing with warranty claims on new build properties
Dealing with any escalated issues
Responsible for handling customer queries related to specific allocated sites.
Deliver service with care and empathy to homeowners
Ensure that the client is contacted within the required company policy timescale and given a clear update on what the next steps are required to resolve their problem.
Communicate clearly with the designated Site Manager to carry out an assessment of the raised complaint to see whether or not it is a defect or home owner maintenance.
Coordinate diary management with the Site Manager or Remedial team to carry out the agreed works
Responsible for closing a case down following the correct procedure.
To log all details on the system
This will be an office based role, working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office software
Professional telephone manner
Customer service experience (in property/new build homes industry)
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multi task and prioritise workloads
