A busy house builder seeks to appoint a Customer Care Supervisor to join their regional offices in Lancashire. The company specialise in new build properties ranging from starter homes for first time buyers to detached 4 bed family homes across the North West region.
As a Customer Care Supervisor you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective after-sales service by rectifying defects and carrying out maintenance works that have arisen within occupied properties since legal completion and to understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy.
Customer Care Supervisor key accountabilities:
" Using your technical knowledge you will offer technical advice and support the wider team whilst undertaking inspections and managing customer liaison " As part of the customer journey you will undertake customer visits and warranty claims ensuring any concerns are managed effectively and promptly in line with the complaints process to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction " You will manage the sub-contractors to undertake remedial works ensuring they are conducted to a high quality standard in line with Health and Safety policies and legislation and customer focused ethos. " You will identify and advise on any patterns/trends in defects or process " Work closely with the Production Team to find effective solutions which allows the client to continue to provide an outstanding customer experience
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a similar environment with a house builder
Additional skills and abilities required are:
" Good knowledge of the new build housing industry and good knowledge of various trades. " Up to date knowledge of NHBC Standards " Up to date knowledge of LABC Regulations " Multi-Skills Trained " Excellent Communication Skills
In return for your skills my client offers a salary of upto £30k plus package including company benefits including 25 days holidays, pension, healthcare, annual bonus and further training and development. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
