We are looking to recruit Customer Care Advisors for a Social Housing Contract based in Hardwick, Manchester, M12. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for 4 reliable and experienced Customer Care Advisors for their call centre in Manchester.
The Client ultimately provides repairs and maintenance support for council and housing association properties and you will be required to support the Customer Care Department with the delivery of the Customer Service.
Based within a Customer Service Centre, you will make outbound calls to customers/tenants completing customer satisfaction surveys to check the level of service provided by the Client and to check they are happy with the repairs that have been completed in/on their properties.
The role is to start ASAP and will run for a minimum term of 12 weeks. In return, the Client is offering an hourly rate of £9.84, plus the opportunity of working with one of the leading Social Housing Contractors.
