Customer Service Coordinator
My client are a busy housebuilder operating in the North West. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team based in Warrington. Working within a busy Customer Service team you will be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries.
Customer Service Coordinator duties will include:
" Be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner " Manage the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained " Where required co-ordinate diaries for the Customer Service Operatives " Where required carry out general administrative duties relevant to the Customer Service team " Process visit reports following internal home visits entering the information onto Focus " Following the internal visit issues task instructions tie Customer Service Operatives and subcontractors with relevant priority settings " Monitor all sub-contractor works ensuring that all work is completed within agreed timeframes " Good understanding of product on new developments " Provide management information to senior management team " Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person " Familiarise and hold a good understanding of required policies and procedures
Customer Service Coordinator - Skills & Experience required
The successful candidate must have previous experience with property sales and dealing with sales progression, chasing chains and exchange of contracts.
" Must have experience within a similar role in the housebuilding sector. In return for you skills my client offer a basic salary up to £21,500 (dependant on experience). Working hours are Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
