The Role - Customer Service Manager
We are looking to recruit an inspirational Customer Service Manager to add to our current team to be based out of our Head Office in Wigan. You will be integral to the Business Development team responsible for all inbound enquires and will report directly to the Managing Director and Head of Business Development.
This role would be best suited to someone who has experience in handling large volumes of calls and emails in a call centre setting, also experience of Health & Safety construction Training would be a distinct advantage
Role and Responsibilities - Customer Service Manager
Create and manage dashboards in order to monitor client Customer Service levels
Deal with delegate and booker feedback, enquiries and complaints in order to improve quality
Ensuring all customers receive the highest levels of customer service
Create and implement procedures to improve customer service
Up sell Training packages (flash/seasonal sales)
Skills Required for the Role - Service Delivery Manager
Experience in Customer Service, sales, and management [ESSENTIAL]
Exceptional organisational and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, be creative, and have exceptional proactive problem-solving skills
Be driven, passionate, adaptable, calm and open minded
Knowledge of the health and safety sector and or construction sector would be useful
Must be willing to travel
Salary - Customer Service Manager
In reward for your skills and experience you will be offered a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience plus 28 days holiday (including public holidays). The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Additional benefits after you have completed your probation include company pension scheme and your birthday off as an extra day holiday.
