A National House Builder seeks to appoint a Customer Service Manager in the Midlands area. As a Customer Service Manager, you will manage and maintain the Customer Service function to deliver exceptional quality of service.
Visit customers and assess works
Carry out inspections
Ensure all defects are dealt with a cost effective and timely manner
Prepare plans and targets for Customer Care team
Liaise with Customer Care team and customers
Attend NHBC resolutions meetings and report back to team
Ensure compliance to health & Safety procures
Conduct performance reviews
Monitor staff holidays and sick leave
Identity recruitment and training needs
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of up to £40k dependent on experience and a generous benefits package.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working within Customer Service for a New Build Housing developer
Excellent time management
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience using COINS and 4P
Experience dealing with NHBC
