We are looking to recruit a Development Co-ordinator for one of our Contractors based in the North West.
Reporting to the Regeneration and Technical Manager you will be responsible for;
Attending Contract Launch meeting to agree accountabilities
Providing technical input to project appraisal/tendering processes
Co-ordinating the design and technical processes
Ensuring the company carries out its contractual responsibilities for co-ordination of construction details.
Managing flow of design information
Managing design input of specialist subcontractors.
Co-ordinate pre-start development process
Chair regular pre-start and design team meetings
Attend client liaison meetings throughout pre-start process
Process design information and maintain drawing registers
Provide technical advice as necessary
Supporting the Regeneration Manager when required
You will have previous experience working in a similar role and will have a good basic knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft office programmes, as well as Auto CAD. You will also have a good understanding of Planning processes, Management Systems, Negotiation and environmental and construction legislations.
This can be a Permanent position, however Contract will be considered, the salary on offer is negotiable.
