My client, a top ten house builder are recruiting for a Development Sales Manager covering the North West area.
The main role of the job is to take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.
To manage and control the development sales function from pre-start to post completion
To provide guidance and training where required to Sales Advisers on site to enable them to effectively perform the functions of their role
Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
Consistently achieve the KPI's set by the business to deliver the sales rates, financial performance and highest level of customer satisfaction, with agreed targets on no of reservations, achieving contract exchange deadlines, achieving set number of legal completions, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction scores and achieving the company standard
Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
Take control of any customer issues and find suitable solutions to any queries raised
Ensure lead management, reservations, contract exchange deadlines and legal completions are progressed according to programme
Manage reservation payments in relation to the house purchase and adhere Anti-Money Laundering process and procedures
Ensure robust recording of all enquiries and transactions are made using the companys CRM system
Maintain knowledge of local market place and competitor activity
Responsible for presentation and security of sales area
Provide guidance and support to Sales Advisers
Attend weekly Sales Build meetings and regional Head Office meetings and training where required
Be responsible for the development's presentation and accuracy on the companys Website
Take responsibility for the development's presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
A presentable, customer-facing professional with preferred experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
Demonstrates experience of matching customers' needs/desires to available properties
Demonstrates high precision in reporting updates to head office, colleagues and line management
Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
The working days are Thursday - Monday and the salary is up to £23,000.
