The Client Our client is a multi-construction company that supports many different types of contracts from residential and retail to commercial and industrial. Due to the large growth in the company they are currently seeking a Document Controller to join their team. The job would be based in and around the Colchester area with a salary of up to £25k depending on experience.
Responsibilities - Print drawings - Setting up site files - Assisting the Estimators/Project Managers with admin duties - adhoc - General Document Control - Uploading information to the clients, using portals etc - Coordinating and managing existing and new contracts/ jobs - Liaising with the Design Team, Project Managers & QS's to ensure smooth delivery of the project - Managing end clients effectively
Experience and Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years' experience within document controlling - Previous experience within the construction industry
