Salary: £30000 - £40000 per annum + plus company package
Roof Access and Fall Protection provider looking to add an Estimator to join their growing team.
You will be joining their growing team, to help the business with all tasks including preparing and processing quotations, bids and tenders for a variety of clients across the UK.
Wirral based office.
Specialist designer, supplier, installer and tester of permanent roofing access equipment and fall protection systems

The Role - Estimator
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing business with plenty of scope for future progression. Full product training to be provided by employers.
The key purpose of this role is to oversee all estimating matters and providing support to the design and operational team to ensure cost effective solutions for each project.
Construction related experience is preferred but not essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Joining the companies commercial team, your duties will be to:-
Responding to tender related queries and preparing tender packages/quotations;
Managing workflow and maintaining accurate record of tenders submitted
Identifying opportunities and risks during the tender process
Liaising with other colleagues to agree strategy, key dates and site visits
Producing detailed assumptions and qualifications for tenders
Producing fully detailed contractors' proposals to be submitted alongside the commercial proposal
Preparing handover packs for the operations team
Determining the price of time, labour and materials for tender submissions
Negotiating cost settlements for projects
Clarifying any design requirements with clients
Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
In order to be progressed to the next stage it is essential that you have the following skills:-
Prior experience estimating in the construction industry
Attention to detail is essential
Good teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently
Effective problem solving
Drivers Licence is preferable but not essential.
In return for your skills the company is looking to offer a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience) plus regular company incentives including quarterly incentives, Christmas party & annual bonus.
This is a full Time Role: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm & Friday, 8am - 4pm.
