My client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their Sales Team based in the Merseyside area. You must have experience with volume and luxury build.
The main purpose of the role is securing the sale of new homes and to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets,
The successful candidate must have experience working selling new build properties on site.
Salary up to £22k (depending on experience) excellent commission scheme (£50k OTE) and benefits package.
My client are a privately owned company building new homes across the Cheshire and Merseyside Region.
Due to planned expansion they are looking to recruit an ambitious, confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their sales team for their developments based in Cheshire and Merseyside.
The Sales Executive job will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes and to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets. You will utilise sales tools, promotions and incentives, to manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers with regards to contract exchange deadline to ensure that are that these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.
Typical duties will include:
" Meeting with Clients, assessing their particular needs, showing them around show homes and explaining building issues and regulations and at all times " Ensure that H & S procedures are followed with regards to visitors and sales access into the construction area of the development " Attending meetings with others involved in the sales and building process. " Liaising with Solicitors, Purchasers and Mortgage Advisors ensuring exchange of contract deadlines are met " Keeping contact with Purchasers and maintaining good relationships with them " Achieving excellent Mystery shop feedback " Carrying out inspections, customer demonstrations and handovers " Ensuring all administrative records are kept up to date " Carrying out market research with competitors and keeping up to date with market changes
Skills & Experience
Suitable applicants must have a strong sales background with proven experience in a similar role within the new homes industry. You will need to be courteous and professional at all times, organised, self-motivated, honest and trustworthy, and a willing team player who will make an immediate contribution in a busy and fast moving sales environment.
35 hours per week Thursday to Monday Hours of work: 10am 5pm. Flexibility is a pre-requisite for this role as the post holder will be required to travel between sites on occasion. You will need to have access to your own transport, and a clean driving licence.
My client offer a competitive package including a basic salary of up to £22k, generous commission scheme, 30 per mile after the first 30 miles, 25 Days Holidays, Pension Scheme, and Life Assurance Cover.
