My client are a new homes developer who are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager to join their Sales team based in the North West.

As a regional office they have sites across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cumbria.
Field Sales Manager Role
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for managing the sales team ensuring customer satisfaction KPI's are achieved along with achieving regional sales targets in line with budget. You will manage performance and competence of Sales Advisors by actively engaging with them, visiting site regularly and ensuring the team have clear direction on development specific & regional targets.
Duties and responsibilities:
" Input, plan development sales strategies for discussion with Sales Director and subsequent implementation " Assist Sales Director with progression against sales forecast " Working closely with our preferred supply chain to ensure the delivery of Sales Arenas including interior designers, design agencies. " Manage reservations through to completion ensuring best practice is implemented " Generate contract and completion forecasts and update sales and development monitor accordingly on a weekly basis " Monitor and review sales progress from initial enquiries through to legal completion " Oversee the presentation of stock and part exchange properties " Compile staff rotas and holiday requests for developments " Progress new developments through the pre-start process " Co-ordinate production of the New Homes sales brochure " Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and advise on sales values and incentives " Brief advertising and PR agencies " Effectively manage approved resources (i.e. IFAs, sales agents, advertising agencies, solicitors etc) " Liaise in a constructive manner with key departments such as; commercial, operations and technical to build inter-departmental relationships " Effectively manage Sales Staff, monitor and feedback on performance and support Learning and Development
Skills and Experience required for Field Sales Manager role
" Previous experience in a similar role in the house building sector " IT skills including Microsoft packages " Excellent communication, organisation and negotiating skills " Good at developing relationships " Flexible - ability to work at all levels and at hands on level " Ability to mentor and provide supportive leadership to others " Confident, Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
