An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established regional Contractor to cover planned maintenance, within the Social Housing, Commercial, Education refurbishment and refit across the South East.
My Client is looking to appoint a confident, motivated and driven Regional Field Sales Advisor whose role will be to raise the profile of the Contractor's brand and services and to generate prospect pipelines of commercial roofing.
It will be your responsibility to develop opportunities to identify new preferred roofing opportunities with existing, lapsed and new Clients, as well as promoting and developing the business.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager your duties will include:-
" Selling the Contractor's service (roofing) to new and existing clients in line with core business strategic objectives/target markets. " Have the ability to discuss a roofs current status - condition, age, budget. " Present a professional image of the business to new and existing clients at all times. " Generating leads and meetings with potential clients. " Attending and participating in regional sales meetings and networking events. " Maintain a strong awareness of competitor activity as well as changes within key markets and feed information back to the business. " Work quickly and effectively using current market methodologies. " Be confident in generating face-to-face meetings to introduce and represent the company. " To actively use and update Salesforce to provide progress data for monthly reporting. " Have the ability to stick out the process with the patience to stick to strategy. " Achieve company standard of performance in all areas where service standards exist.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, being experience in B2B sales, ideally within the sectors of social housing, commercial, education however not desirable.
The ideal candidate must also be able and willing to travel within regional territories.
For the right candidate, the company will offer a salary of between £30-£35K and an exciting package including a company car or car allowance, bonus scheme and benefits.
