An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established regional Contractor to cover planned maintenance, within the Social Housing, Commercial, Education refurbishment and refit across Scotland.
My Client is looking to appoint a confident, motivated and driven Finance Administrator based in their Airdrie office whose role is to assist the team on a Healthcare contract. You will be required to run contracts using recognised schedule of rates (NHF).
This role may be suited to someone who is actively seeking to progress into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position.
Working with an already established team of 4, reporting to the Senior Surveyor your duties will include:-
" Preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders " Development of the procurement programme " Completion of Billing works " Running contracts using the NHF Schedule of Rates " Matching the NHF codes and prices to repair complete " Prepare monthly applications for payment to the Client/Client's representative " Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when requested " Monitor the contract progress, assess and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale " Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time.
The company will offer a basic salary of between £18K - £22K plus package.
