FRA Site Manager Temporary to Permanent West & South West London Company Van & Fuel Card £Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
The Client My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide every year. Due to securing a large planned maintenance programme, they are looking to recruit an FRA Site Manager based from their offices in North London.
The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be required to manage the Fire Risk Assessment and Passive Fire safety works programme for a large social housing planned maintenance contract across West & South West London.
Management of active and passive fire safety works programme
Provide performance reports on contractors against specification and KPI's.
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit recommendations and immediately report exceptions and take remedial action.
Act as a first point of contact for contractors, residents, stakeholders, and partners on fire safety matters.
Understand the service scope and ensure residents are kept fully informed where needed
Investigate complaints and underlying causes and prepare written responses.
Knowledge of all housing and building related fire safety legislation
Knowledge of both passive and active fire safety protection products.
Knowledge of different building contract types and contract management techniques.
Knowledge of CDM regulations and their application.
Experience of managing large scale active and passive fire safety works projects
Evidence of successfully delivering passive fire safety works within time scales and to budget.
Development of service improvement plans and their management through to delivery
SMSTS & First Aid certificates
