Salary: £30000 - £35000 per annum + plus company package
Role: Commercial Heating / Gas Engineer Sector: Construction - Maintenance & Repair / Commercial Location: North West Type: Permanent - Full Time 40 hours Start Date: ASAP
Bromak are working with a specialist maintenance provider to domestic, public and commercial clients across the UK.
Due to an increase of work, they are looking to recruit Gas Engineers on a permanent basis to work on commercial projects across the North West.

This Property Maintenance Contractor carry out refurbishment, electrical & heating installations, servicing and maintenance works to social housing properties, public and commercial clients.
Undertake the servicing, repairing and maintenance of Commercial heating systems.
Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
Completion of all relevant paperwork
Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime, call out etc.
Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers - domestic and commercial
Follow any other reasonable request from management
Experience and Knowledge Required
Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
LPG, Unvented Oil, solar and renewable/ASHP Qualifications desirable
Understanding of gas legislation
Full clean driving license
Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
Ability to manage own time and workload
Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Experience working within the social housing sector is desirable
