A role is available for a graduate in a discipline such as Real Estate management or Town / Urban Planning with 12 months + post graduate experience within property / land acquisition / planning.

Role of Graduate Land Buyer
The principle purpose of the role will be to assist in the identification, negotiation and planning promotion of land and development opportunities (immediate and longer term developments) for the region. Support and training will be provided.
Identification of development opportunities
Collation for information to assess viability
Market research and initial appraisal work
Preparation and progression of offers
Negotiation and working with key stakeholders
Working at times with other part of the group and its' companies
Skills and experience required
Graduate in related discipline such as Real Estate Management or Town & Urban Planning
Some experience in a similar type of role - whether it's within house building, consultancy or land promoter
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Strong negotiation and communication is key
Self-starter, tenacious and persistent
Full driving licence required
