A National, highly reputable main contractor with a number of new build apartment projects coming up seeks to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work in central London. Paying a competitive basic salary of up to £20k + attractive benefits package, the company pride themselves on their client retention.

Responsibilities:

Produce accurate information for Contribution Forecasts and Monthly Cost/Value Reports
Maximise profitability and cash benefit for the Company
To efficiently report on Site Progress and ensure correct procedure are implemented for Extension of Time applications and recovery of Loss and Expense
Control and administer sub-Contract accounts
Liaise with Contracts Management on Cost Control and all financial matters relating to the Contract
Efficiently procure sub-contractors

Qualifications & Experience

A degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or working towards one is essential; day release will be considered.
