Bromak are looking to recruit a Home Ownership and Commercial Services Administrator to start work in Wakefield (WF1). This position is to start on 2nd January 2018 and carry on until atleast July 2018.
Our client is a successful social housing contractor who is looking for a Home Ownership and Commercial Services Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Provide a professional, courteous and friendly service to customers.
Provide a comprehensive administrative support service.
To work within a team and assist other team members to achieve performance objectives.
Responsible for the safe usage of any materials and equipment in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
Accessing computer information and confidential material etc, therefore responsible for the security and management of it under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
Being the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries and resolve at first point where possible offering appropriate help and advice
Provide a comprehensive administrative service
Dealing with notices and termination of Intermediate rent tenancies - acknowledgement to the tenant and all requirements of IT throughout this process.
Arranging home visit schedules for the Home Ownership Officer as required.
Completing the paperwork for rent account adjustments & refunds
Processing invoices related to communal service charge items where required by use of EBIS
Request repairs for communal areas on Leasehold / Home Ownership and Commercial schemes through CSC
Deal with initial enquiries from contractors and suppliers on payments and invoicing as well as general queries.
Fulfill personal requirements, where appropriate, with regard to Company policies and procedures
