My client is a 4 star housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. As a result of taking on new developments in the West Yorkshire area, they are currently looking to recruit a Home Sales Executive with a background in the housebuilding sector to work with them on a permanent basis.

You will be working on a development in West Yorkshire; so the ability to drive is essential.

As a Home Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Manager consistently hit and beat your targets set by the sales management team. You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with both Site Personnel and potential buyers
• Presenting the show homes to the highest professional standard
• Promoting the development
• Working across different sites to company needs
• Selling units from plot through to completion

This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Sales Executive, who has a proven track record in a targeted sales environment preferably face to face.

You must have a full driving licence, as travel will be required to sites.

The salary on offer is up to £21k + commission (£300 per plot) + bonus (£1500 on completion of monthly sales targets)
