Our client is an established, award winning regional housing developer based in the heart of Suffolk, responsible for a number of iconic schemes across Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.
Due to growth in the company they are currently seeking a New Home Advisor on a 12 month based contract with a potential to be extended. The salary is negotiable.
Primary Objective Negotiate unit sales with potential customers:
- In line with sales targets - Within agreed budget selling prices - To the satisfaction of customers - To the required standard to competence and accountability - In accordance with the company standards, procedures and working practices
Provide first class, professional and efficient service to our customers Ensure the company's reputation is maintained and its image promoted at all times Optimise potential profits through the sale of optional extras in accordance with the company procedures Ensure that site visitors under his/her control abide by the company's health and safety rules Maintain accurate records of visitor's activity and customer information Liaison effectively with a vast amount of people
