Salary: Up to £22000 per annum + plus commission, car or allowance
My client are a specialist in providing quality new build housing developments UK wide. The company are going from strength to strength and have an opportunity for a Sales Consultant to work on luxury developments covering Hadleigh, Eaton, Wymondham, Sheringham and Surrounding
At first my client would require the sales consultant to travel upto 1.5 hours to site within the first 12 months of the contract. They have some future sites coming through so will be training the new candidate so they would be ready. This would mean training and shadowing various members of the team and eventually provide cover for holidays/sickness. The successful candidate would then be placed on new schemes as they come through.
As a Sales Consultant you will be focussing on securing reservations off-plan prior to the Sales Offices opening
" Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience " Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price " Providing expertise in the Company's house types, specifications, and the buying procedure " Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit " Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions " Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office " Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed. " Conducting local market research " Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site
Sales Consultant - Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have a natural ability to engage and influence people and are motivated by working to demanding goals and targets the company will train you to deliver customer service and selling skills required to excel in their environment.
Is it essential that you have previous experience working in a Sales Profession ideally for a house builder or an Estate Agency. You must have a proven sales record and the ability to demonstrate good sales and negotiation, organisational and time management skills.
In addition, you will be required to have a full driving licence and you own car and be willing to work at our busiest times, which means weekends and Bank Holidays.
The company offer a basic salary, plus commission per plot, car or car allowance and mileage, Company Uniform, Pension Scheme and additional Flexible Benefits.
