Sales Executive - New Build Homes

A well-known Construction company have a requirement for an experienced Home Sales Executive to provide their site in Wynyard (TS22) with cover until 12/04/2019.

The Role

As a Sales Executive you will manage and sell new homes working with customers and external parties to ensure a smooth transition throughout the home buying process.

Duties will include:

• Managing administration on site whilst maintaining the highest standard of health and safety
• Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality and escalating any issues to the appropriate Manager
• Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process
• Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines
• Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames
• Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets
• Proactively search for target customers and create appointments and follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met
• Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
• Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual

Skills and experience required

• Proven track record in the sales of new build homes
• Proficient in sales techniques and conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process
• Clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication
• Good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home
• Computer knowledge and driving licence are desirable
