A National 5* House Builder seek to employ a New Home Sales Executive, in the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will work as part of their wider Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager. The working week runs from Thurs-Mon. The successful candidate will be in a floating role until later this summer where they will be placed on their own site.
Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration activities
Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development, updating customers on a weekly basis on progress
Working with the Site Manager and Area/Field Sales Manager to ensure the development's show home, plot build completions, standing stock, landscaping and "street scene" meet the quality and presentation standards required
Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales
Achieving sales and reservations on new build homes; working to targets
Guiding customers through from reservation to completion
The company pay a competitive salary of £21,000, with retainer whilst floating. Once you have been placed on your own site there will be the ability to earn commission.

Previous experience working for a developer
Strong sales background
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to work to and achieve targets
