My client is a 5* top ten housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. As a result of starting new developments in the Oxfordshire area, they are currently looking to recruit a Home Sales Executive with a positive and can do attitude and a proven track record working to targets and KPI's.
You will be working on a development in Oxfordshire; so the ability to drive is essential due to the difficult location by public transport. You must be able to travel to Head Office in West Yorkshire on an ad hoc basis.
As a Home Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Manager consistently hit and beat your targets set by the sales management team. You will be responsible for:
Liaising with both Site Personnel and potential buyers
Presenting the show homes to the highest professional standard
Promoting the development
Working across different sites to company needs
Selling units from plot through to completion
This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Sales Executive, who has a proven track record in a targeted sales environment preferably face to face.
You must have a full driving licence, as travel will be required to sites.
The salary on offer is up to £22k with a view to earning £42k as an OTE (more information on the commission structure available on request.) You will also be paid door to door mileage.
