Due to continued growth and success an Award Winning 5* House Builder seek to appoint a Home Sales Executives to be based on sites around the West Yorkshire area.
The successful Home Sales Executive will come from a background working for another developer and will report directly to the Sales Manager. The company have a number of new sites upcoming in the area, and have a requirement for Full Time permanent Sales Executives to work Thurs-Mon.
Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process
Promote and provide recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines
Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames
Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets
Proactively search for target customers and create appointments.
Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required.
Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of £21k dependent on experience and a very competitive commission and bonus scheme.
Qualifications & Experience
Proficient with Microsoft office
Must have experience working within New Build Home Sales
Good telephone and inter-personal skills
Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities and maintain service in a high-volume sales environment.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Driving licence and car ownership required
