An Award-Winning forward-thinking family run House Builder seek to appoint a Floating Home Sales Executive to cover six of their sites in the area from Sheffield to Loughborough.
The role is very service led, and the ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background and be able to transfer these skills over to the role. The client is very design led, so the ideal candidate will need to show a keen interest in this side of home building and be forward thinking.
The working pattern for this role is Thurs-Mon, 10am-5pm.
Liaising with both Site Personnel and potential buyers
Presenting the show homes to the highest professional standard
Promoting the developments across your region
Working across different sites to company needs
Selling units from plot through to completion
Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration activities
Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development, updating customers on a weekly basis on progress
Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales
The company pay a very competitive salary of £24,000 plus commission. Mileage will be paid door to door due to the nature of travel involved in the role.
