A House Builder seeks to recruit a Home Sales Executive, in the Middlesbrough as a result of on-going and new developments.
The role will involve working on a New Build Housing site and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The ability to drive for this role is essential. This is a full-time permanent position, but the working days may alter therefore you must be flexible, and have the ability to work weekends.
Ensuring highest level of customer service is performed
Achieving sales of homes extras in line with agreed targets
Taking ownership of the developments in all aspects of internal and external presentation
Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
Promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers and achieving company timescales
Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and secondhand market.
Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure
Compliant with company procedures
Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams.
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of circa £23K dependent on experience, with an OTE of £40-45K.
Qualifications & Experience
Driving licence required
Experience selling New Build properties
Strong selling background with proven track record of working to and exceeding targets
